Charles will be making his debut at the prestigious Metropolis Performing Arts Center in Arlington Heights. He was hired to understudy the male lead in “Half and Half.” Charles is beyond thrilled for the opportunity. It was his first time auditioning for the theatre last fall and, given how many actors they see, he knows he’s pretty fortunate. Here’s to a great run.
The Bollywood Blockbuster Dhoom 3 was finally released in December 2013. While some of Charles’ dialogue was cut, he’s featured prominently and the movie has collected nearly $100 Million worldwide to date. It’s the biggest film in Bollywood history. It’s current score on Rotten Tomatoes is 78% fresh. Let’s hope the success spills into the DVD release. Charles likes residuals.

Charles recently learned three more films he starred in have earned accolades on the festival circuit. The Kingdom Entertainment productions of “Communicators” (2012) and “Captive” (2013) have already been accepted to multiple festivals (more details to come). Additionally, a short Charles was in for the 48 Hour Film Race “Chill Pill” was honored as top comedy and an audience favorite. Keep ’em coming!
After completing successful runs in Six Degrees of Separation and 12 Angry Men, Charles has been looking for one more quality production to be part of in 2013. Recently, he’s had a series of callbacks for three different shows at the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre in Arlington Heights. Keep your fingers crossed!

Charles recently completed work on the short film “Hush.” Cast as Avelino, an abusive husband and father, Charles enjoyed taking on the role of the bad guy. The Director and Production team plans to submit to the Cannes Film Festival as well as some International Festivals in the US.
Charles recently earned a callback for NBC’s “Chicago Fire.” The role went to another actor, but the thrilling experience sets the stage for bigger and better things.
On the heels of the successful run of Six Degrees of Separation, Charles was recently cast in a production of “12 Angry Men.” The play opens in May at the old Circle Theatre space in Oak Park.
