About Charles

Charles is a stage, screen and voice actor born and raised in Chicago. Notable credits include starring roles in the independent films "You Bet" and "Eschaton" as well as LA Shorts Fest selection "Marbles" directed by six-time Emmy winner Rory Karpf. He also appeared in the Bollywood Blockbuster Dhoom 3. On stage, he’s starred in plays such as "Nana’s Choice," "The Karaoke Artist," "Bang, Bang You're Dead," "Six Degrees of Separation" and "12 Angry Men." Charles also performed in hundreds of shows as a founding member of the improv groups "Electric Lunchbox" and "Handsome and Beautiful." Charles' on-camera representation is with Actors Talent Group.

Charles’ latest theater project, Victory Garden’s “Lettie,” has been a huge hit. It earned 4 stars from the Chicago Sun Times, 3.5 stars from the Tribune and the Reader called it “one of the great Chicago plays of our generation.” It even got a wonderful write-up in Variety. Charles is understudying the role of Frank.
